Leia o anúncio a seguir que divulga a venda de uma casa:

Cozinha Mágica: Há uma cozinha moderna e incrível com uma grande ilha.

*Com este anúncio você pode perceber o uso de “there is” e “there are”. Usamos o “there is” para o singular, quando estamos falando de apenas uma coisa ou um item. Já o “there are” é usado para o plural, quando estamos falando de duas ou mais coisas e dois ou mais itens.
