Both \u201cDonald Trump is male\u201d and \u201cHillary Clinton is female\u201d ae statements of fact that are demonstrably true, white \u201cDonald Trump is female\u201d and \u201cHillary Clinton is male\u201d are statements offered as fact that are demonstrably false.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>FATO:<\/strong> \u201cUma coisa que \u00e9 conhecida ou provada ser verdadeira.\u201d Em outras palavras, fatos s\u00e3o coisas que podem ser verificadas independentemente, e algo oferecido como um fato pode ser provado ou refutado por evid\u00eancias. Tanto \u201cDonald Trump \u00e9 homem\u201d quanto \u201cHillary Clinton \u00e9 mulher\u201d s\u00e3o declara\u00e7\u00f5es de fato comprovadamente verdadeiras, enquanto \u201cDonald Trump \u00e9 mulher\u201d e \u201cHillary Clinton \u00e9 homem\u201d s\u00e3o declara\u00e7\u00f5es oferecidas como fato que s\u00e3o comprovadamente falsas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>OPINION:<\/strong> \u201cA view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on facto r knowledge.\u201d In other words, opinions are statements of values or feelings, and as such are not independently verifiable. Both \u201cHillary Clinton is a good person\u201d and \u201cDonald Trump is a good person\u201d are statements of opinion that cannot be independently verified or proven, true or false. They are not true or false, but simply the POSITION of the person who holds them. Two people can hold opposite OPINIONS, but they cannot hold opposite FACTS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>PARECER<\/strong>: \u201cUma vis\u00e3o ou julgamento que se formou sobre algo, n\u00e3o necessariamente baseado em fatos ou conhecimentos\u201d. Em outras palavras, opini\u00f5es s\u00e3o declara\u00e7\u00f5es de valores ou sentimentos e, como tal, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o verific\u00e1veis de forma independente. Tanto \u201cHillary Clinton \u00e9 uma boa pessoa\u201d quanto \u201cDonald Trump \u00e9 uma boa pessoa\u201d s\u00e3o declara\u00e7\u00f5es de opini\u00e3o que n\u00e3o podem ser verificadas ou comprovadas independentemente, verdadeiras ou falsas. Eles n\u00e3o s\u00e3o verdadeiros ou falsos, mas simplesmente a POSI\u00c7\u00c3O das pessoas que os det\u00e9m.
