Quando ocorre esse tipo de infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o, a parede fica \u00famida e come\u00e7a a apresentar manchas cont\u00ednuas e pretas em sua parte inferior, al\u00e9m de um cheirinho desagrad\u00e1vel &#8211; aparece o mofo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u00c9 interessante conhecer mais sobre os caminhos que a \u00e1gua percorre e pensar sobre o porqu\u00ea isso acontece.
