Ap\u00f3s as duas grandes guerras, vivenciamos a Guerra Fria e os adventos da globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Por sua vez, a globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e os avan\u00e7os tecnol\u00f3gicos, possibilitaram que as pessoas, mercadorias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es circulassem pelo mundo como nunca houve, garantindo maior intera\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o do globo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-fd445e6645792e70ccdf0f22152e19d7\">Nesse contexto, surgem os blocos econ\u00f4micos que s\u00e3o associa\u00e7\u00f5es entre pa\u00edses que buscam a integra\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica e comercial atrav\u00e9s de acordos que promovem a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00fatua, al\u00e9m do desenvolvimento social e pol\u00edtico dos seus membros. Os blocos t\u00eam por objeto aumentar a competitividade entre as na\u00e7\u00f5es, promover o crescimento econ\u00f4mico e facilitar o com\u00e9rcio internacional. Como s\u00e3o acordos, cada bloco econ\u00f4mico vai determinar, de acordo com seus membros, suas regras e n\u00edvel de integra\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-51b2ddf6ea825e6b04983c1673ae5b4f\">Considerando a integra\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica entre os membros, podemos dividir os blocos econ\u00f4micos em \u00c1rea de Livre Com\u00e9rcio, Uni\u00e3o Aduaneira, Mercado Comum e Uni\u00e3o Pol\u00edtica e Monet\u00e1ria.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-673e77c4093dc9e0ac6d4fd7bf04205f\">Na \u00c1rea de Livre Com\u00e9rcio, os pa\u00edses membros eliminam ou reduzem significativamente a barreira alfandeg\u00e1ria, ou seja, as tarifas e outras barreiras comerciais entre si, mas mant\u00eam suas pr\u00f3prias pol\u00edticas comerciais em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a pa\u00edses n\u00e3o membros. Um exemplo \u00e9 o Acordo Estados Unidos-M\u00e9xico-Canad\u00e1 (USMCA), que substituiu o NAFTA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-88b4c5c0ed90d17939281e9abd9cf003\">A Uni\u00e3o Aduaneira \u00e9 caracterizada pela elimina\u00e7\u00e3o das barreiras alfandeg\u00e1rias, nesse modelo de bloco os membros adotam uma pol\u00edtica comercial comum em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a pa\u00edses n\u00e3o membros. A Tarifa Externa Comum (TEC), tem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de taxar os produtos vindos de outros pa\u00edses fora do bloco, assim o com\u00e9rcio entre os pa\u00edses membros torna- se mais vantajoso, em alguns casos, do que estabelecer rela\u00e7\u00f5es econ\u00f4micas com outras na\u00e7\u00f5es. O Mercosul (Mercado Comum do Sul) \u00e9 um exemplo de uni\u00e3o aduaneira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-486441fafffea5b76838b88984052bea\">O Mercado Comum vai al\u00e9m da uni\u00e3o aduaneira, permitindo a livre circula\u00e7\u00e3o de bens, servi\u00e7os, capital e pessoas entre os pa\u00edses membros. A Uni\u00e3o Europeia (UE) \u00e9 um exemplo cl\u00e1ssico de mercado comum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-5d0f0d1b6bdaa92e36e628dc02ee0ae4\">A Uni\u00e3o Pol\u00edtica e Monet\u00e1ria \u00e9 o n\u00edvel mais avan\u00e7ado de integra\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica, onde os pa\u00edses n\u00e3o s\u00f3 t\u00eam um mercado comum, mas tamb\u00e9m adotam pol\u00edticas econ\u00f4micas e monet\u00e1rias comuns, podendo compartilhar uma moeda \u00fanica. Sabendo disso, descreva quais diferen\u00e7as existem entre \u00e1rea de livre com\u00e9rcio e uni\u00e3o aduaneira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-midnight-gradient-background has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size\"><strong>QUEST\u00c3O 04<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-a31a0ce2a1fbfba734129aa661f5f780\">O n\u00edvel mais avan\u00e7ado de integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre na\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 conhecido como Uni\u00e3o Pol\u00edtica e Monet\u00e1ria. Nesse bloco econ\u00f4mico os pa\u00edses adotam pol\u00edticas econ\u00f4micas e monet\u00e1rias comuns e moeda \u00fanica.
