A Lei n\u00ba 9.433, sancionada em 8 de janeiro de 1997, \u00e9 uma legisla\u00e7\u00e3o nacional que estabelece a Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Recursos H\u00eddricos, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como Lei das \u00c1guas.
