Reflecting on choices that led you astray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together they dance in the language we speak,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expressing ability, past, and the meek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Can” for the present, “could” for the past,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In sentences woven, their roles ever last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So remember these modals, both vital and good,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In stories and dialogues, as they should.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
