A <strong>Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal de 1988, <\/strong>foi elaborada com o objetivo de proporcionar dignidade aos cidad\u00e3os brasileiros, de modo que todos usufruam dos mesmos direitos. Para isso, ela foi inspirada na Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Universal dos Direitos Humanos, de 1948, documento que re\u00fane os direitos essenciais a todas as pessoas.
